May Roberts Elementary 6th Grade Band Brass players taking turns blowing bubbles into 5-gallon buckets. This exercise is supposed to raise students' awareness to the amount of air needed to play and sustain higher pitches on brass. After the bucket exercise, students went to the playground and played long, loud, sustained notes!
